How the whole app works
Find quick guidance for browsing products, searching parts, using cart and wishlist, checking out, managing orders, returns, accounts, distributor tools, and community signals.
Product search
Use search to find parts by product name, SKU, model, brand, module type, or category. Suggestions help narrow results quickly.
Categories
Category filters help you browse microcontrollers, wireless modules, sensors, ICs, and other component groups.
Product detail page
Open a product to review images, specs, pricing, stock, ratings, warranty, lead time, and useful technical details.
Add to cart
Add components to cart from product cards or details, then review totals, GST, shipping, and checkout details.
Wishlist
Save parts for later comparison or future orders. Wishlist is available from the header and account areas.
Cart
The cart drawer shows selected components, totals, GST, shipping, and the Place Order action.
Checkout
Checkout collects contact, shipping, account type, company, GST, and payment preference details before order creation.
Orders
Signed-in users can view current orders and order history from the account or orders area.
Returns
For returns, keep invoices, labels, packaging, and product details. Report damaged, incorrect, missing, or faulty items quickly for review.
User account
User accounts support order tracking, wishlist access, profile updates, password changes, theme preferences, and account safety settings.
Distributor account
Distributor and business accounts support GST information, invoice workflows, helpful recommendations, availability updates, and business order handling.
Community hub and live signals
The Community Hub lets users and distributors share quick signals, chat locally, like projects, and exchange part recommendations.
